You will be responsible for the Closeout of all post-handover issues on projects and will be supported by a site-based PM team during the construction, fit-out and commissioning and handover phases of the project, ensuring that each project meets the Specifications, guidelines 

The key accountabilities of the CE PM include compliance to deliver on: HSE / Scope & Quality / Schedule / Continuous Improvement. 


In this role you will: 

  • Lead identification and resolution management with contractors, vendors, and client engagement participation. 
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed. 
  • Work with appointed GC and specialist project subcontractors to ensure correct work methods and installation requirements are adhered to and ensure that appropriate method statements are in place and signed off by the relevant parties in advance of installation. 
  • Liaise with teams and establish a structure and procedure for quality management. Establish review, approval and reporting procedures for all handover issues including the reporting of all metrics/burn down rate of all post-handover issues. 
  • Lead the implementation of all key project processes and monitor these processes, reporting and making recommendations to the client team. 
  • Assist in the review and assessment of proposed variations in the works and of any actual or anticipated delays to the progress of the works. 
  • Regularly conduct site inspections and obtain progress and quality reports. 
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Lead the handover plan, monitor, and track the preparation of documentation. 
  • Presenting to the client Operations where closeout works may impact operating data centre core operations and ensuring works are fully planned, coordinated, approved, and meet Operational requirement standards.

  • Have experience project managing on a data centre project. 
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.  We can help. 
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline. 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused. 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing. 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
