In this role you will:
Oversee the development and implementation of key strategic projects for the region, developing expert business strategies and execution plans in line with objectives and presenting to the executive team as required
Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
Expertly manage client projects and project teams, ensuring all deliverables are achieved in line with schedule and budget requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have grown your experience within a consultancy environment over 10 years
Have increasing levels of scope and responsibility within the construction market
Have a degree or comparable experience in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or construction related discipline
Are an excellent communication both verbally and in writing
Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
