Linesight provided Cost Management, Procurement, Risk Management and Consultancy services for the large scale fit out of a confidential client’s commercial, manufacturing and R&D space.
The confidential multinational information technology client decided to separate its business operations and activities, which required relocation of manufacturing-related products and services. As part of this process, a new and sophisticated development, designated for industrial use, was constructed across two blocks and divided into 10 levels.

The Linesight team demonstrated strong technical acumen and achieved significant cost savings for the project through effective negotiations with the main contractor as well as timely and efficient review of consultant variations. Further, due to the complex nature of the manufacturing line relocation and installation works, Linesight structured the bespoke BOQ and RFP documents in a manner that allows for increased flexibility for the client to amend the scope should the business need arises. The team also realigned the budget to avoid significant impact on the overall project cost and delivery date.
