Linesight is providing Planning and Scheduling services to a global biopharmaceutical company, overseeing the replacement of a waste drain system at a Large-Scale Cell Culture (LSCC) manufacturing facility. Our team is responsible for crafting a detailed project schedule, a task that demands meticulous planning, development, and continuous monitoring as the project unfolds.
The facility is confronted with drainage challenges as waste from all floors is channeled into the under slab process drain system. Previous underground piping failures have resulted in process waste infiltrating the secondary containment and basement.
The project scope includes the replacement of underground piping for process, bio, and waste buffer systems, as well as the construction of exterior waste lift stations, both above-grade and below-grade piping, and small interior lift stations. To maintain productivity and meet operational goals, Linesight is ensuring uninterrupted facility operations.
