The project involved complex interfaces with a number of infrastructure and utility providers, not least the construction of part of the BTR development over an existing Irish Water pumping station, and works adjacent to the LUAS Line.

  • Effective management and communication of live design, procurement and construction data enabling effective risk management throughout the project.
  • Efficient change control strategies to monitor athe performance of the contractor’s resources and construction schedule enabling the team to track slippages and develop mitigation plans.
  • Co-ordination and management of multiple planning applications due to an evolving strategy for the development.
  • Management of the Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) and Disability Access Certificate (DAC) applications and the close out of all associated compliance conditions.
